- Legal and Medical Advice: Advisors on Psychic Auras are not allowed to provide advice or predictions that require a professional license, such as legal advice, medical advice, or financial advice. This includes pregnancy-related predictions, which are considered medical advice.
- Keep interactions on the platform: It is strictly prohibited to ask customers for their personal contact information or attempt to direct them to other platforms or external services. All payments and services should be conducted through Psychic Auras to ensure the integrity of our billing system.
- Account security: Your account should be used only by you. Do not share your account information with anyone else. Only the person providing the psychic services should be the one to receive payments.
- Be patient and kind: When reaching out to Customer Support, remember that there is a real person on the other end. Be respectful and patient, especially when dealing with new agents who are learning how to assist you. We value our advisors and are here to help you succeed.
- Do not manipulate the feedback system: We take feedback seriously and expect it to be honest. Do not offer anything of value in exchange for positive feedback or retaliate against a customer for leaving less-than-perfect feedback.

- Stay professional in listings: Your Psychic Auras profile is a place to share your expertise, services, and spiritual talents. Avoid using your profile to vent frustrations or express dissatisfaction with the platform, other users, or policies.
